Every client gets a fully customized approach designed to help them look better, feel better, and stay consistent both in and out of the gym.

No. You do not need a gym membership. We train out of several high-quality studios across Manhattan. All you have to do is show up.

Our home studio is located at 3 East 17th Street, 2nd Floor — and yes, we also travel to our clients.

Yes. We do travel to clients whose residential buildings offer a gym as an amenity, as well as office spaces that have gyms available for use.

Each session is one hour.

Yes. Most of our programs come with a four-month expiration window. This helps us work with people who are truly committed to their goals. And don’t worry — we’ll make sure you stay motivated, consistent, and on track the entire way.

Most of our clients train with us twice per week and complete another two workouts on their own using the customized program we create for them.

Absolutely. Traveling makes it easy to fall off track, and having a structured program keeps you anchored. You train with us whenever you’re in the city, and when you’re away, our online coaching and HyperMove app make it simple to follow your program and stay consistent no matter where you are.
